Constructed of a white cotton rayon blende cloth base, the exterior bearing a dyed black inscription of EINSATZSTURM DER NSDAP (SPECIAL OPERATIONS OF THE NSDAP), topped by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by an NSDAP district stamp for Ortsgruppe Zweibrcken West, otherwise unmarked, measuring 19 cm (w) x 9. 5 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, demonstrating moderate
