Ergo Sum Shiraz 2015 Museum tablas-creek-vineyard TASTE: LongAged in oak casks, 30% of which were new for 18 months. Dense pitch black colour with a very deep dark red black hue. Soaring out of the glass is a mix of black cherry and liquorice aromas gently infused with clove, smoked meats, earth and black olive with a burst of blackpepper as an end note.
