Southern Pie Crust Mix Candy glucose syrupSouthern Pie Crust Mix 1 bag Pie Crust Mix 1 2 cup butter or shortening 8 9 tablespoons ice cold water Using a fork or pastry blender, cut the butter into crust mix until mixture is loose crumbs. Spoon in the cold water, mixing to make a dough. Divide dough into fourths. On floured surface, roll a segment of dough to size of pan. Place in greased pan, pour in desired filling. Roll second segment for top. Ready to bake! Yield: 2 pie crusts.
